ARCH Medical Solutions, a manufacturer of medical components, parts, instruments, devices, and implants, announced the acquisition of KISS Technologies, a prosthetics suspension research and development company.
The acquisition aligns with ARCH Medical Solutions’ strategic growth in the prosthetics market and strengthens its position as a contract manufacturer of medical devices, the company said. KISS Technologies will join the ARCH American Prosthetic Components business. ARCH Medical Solutions facilities that are registered with the US Food and Drug Association and serve the orthopedics, surgical robotics, dental, and life sciences markets.
By integrating KISS’ proprietary prosthetic suspension system into the ARCH Medical Solutions platform and merging it with American Prosthetic Components, ARCH will leverage its manufacturing expertise and resources to further develop and expand KISS’ product offerings.
