Iran Secures First CP Football World Cup with 3-0 Win Over Ukraine

Iran recorded an emphatic 3-0 victory against Ukraine to avenge their defeat in the 2022 final and win their first World Cup - having finished runners-up four times.

Ukraine missed the chance to win the competition for a fourth time, while the Netherlands claimed a first victory over Brazil since 1992 to clinch bronze.

CP football is played with seven players on each side and smaller goals. Players are split into categories based on their disabilities: FT1, FT2 and FT3, with FT3 players least physically impacted.
